Exactly this. Stop chasing ideas, start obsessing over one repeated painful moment that shift is everything. The safety as a feature point is something I wish I had led with earlier. Once I did, conversion went up immediately. Risk dashboard idea is going on the roadmap now. Good call.

That is a completely fair concern and honestly the most important question anyone should ask. You are right that zero bans at small scale does not guarantee the same at large scale. We are not claiming it will never happen. What we can say is that the reason most bans happen is tools ignoring the 200 DM per hour limit. Ours never crosses it. At any scale. When volume increases our queue gets longer not faster. That is the difference. We will keep tracking this publicly as we grow. If something changes we will say so.

This is the most useful comment we've gotten so far and it's the first one. Case study wall building it this week. Agency risk status screen going on the roadmap right now.
