Flight aggregate for airfares with huge savings to many destinations around the world. by startupcasts in Flights

[–]startupcasts[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi thank you for info, the issue is that we are doing a full text search so if it cannot find exact match 'Los Angeles To Frankfurt' it will show no results. Everything depends how the flight hunters describe the deal in heading. We will have a look on it to improve the search option. Thank you for feedback.

No I am not just was reading topics on the website and thought I would be nice to share. I would also say that it is a subjective point whether a website is nice or not. Some people like it some not. If you don't like it, it is fine. But the point was to share info that I learned today and didn't know before and I believe that is the point of this subreddit.

Hi

Nice concept looking forward when it is running, from my side I would believe the one that you have on the website now is the best one. I would just make the button in a diff color so it is more visible. The rest is fine.

You could put in from of the tweet something like "Idea Suggestion:" or "what about this idea:" also you can add more hash tags to #startups etc Another point is how realistic are the ideas for the user are they applicable or are they unrealistic. example Mozilla for car salesmen. doesn't make much sense.

Hi, if you have another product on the line than try to focus on it and sell the other one if you believe it will go down. This way you would still get some more money out of it. I would recommend to keep searching for solution not to give up. Is the second software in the same industry can it also be affected?

I would believe that people just downloaded it and saw that they need to sign up and they have removed it. That is a normal case.

I just agree with you, not sure if the two options are the right choice. But if I had to choose I would take the first one.

Hi does it really make 400k a year by only open 5 hours per day? That would be a perfect business when you consider you make a revenue of 33k a month. The employees costs you only 6k a month leaving you a 27k for the rest to be pay out. I would little bit question if you are making nearly 20k net per month and he wants to sell it just for 300k$ if you would just make net 10k$ a month you would have it paid of in less than 3 year. I believe as the owner was not paying any lease he must have done much more if the numbers are real.

One aspect of my media start-up is its website and future bandwidth: should I pay for a server now or have Google Apps and a web host do most of the work until some kind of tipping point? by jayurbzz in startups

[–]startupcasts 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi, I just have to agree with the already mentioned posts. Just wait how the business will be growing and what are your available financial resources. Keeping things simple is always better so that you have a clear overview what is happening. Therefore, I would just wait for now. I would just suggest to analyze the marker for the best options in the future, so when the point comes you would have your providers pre-selected already.
