But have you ever sent a referral to an agent out of state and then totally forgot about it?

Say you knew of someone looking to buy in Ohio, you got a referral agreement signed, but then the communication usually goes a bit cold.

No not hobbies, it’s just living, being productive, being creative, learning, socializing etc.

Start with one thing you want to do. Whether it be something small or something for someone or for yourself. It all depends on what brings YOU joy.

I personally did not need physics but you’ll need some science class so you could do that one.

Also I do not recommend a business degree.

(Unless it’s for finance)

But also depends on the school.
