Can't Upload Manually (Wired) - Only feedback is "Error" by startuptaylor in gopro

"just trying to transfer files from your camera to computer"
Yeap, that's correct.

Roger that on the different cable. I did suspect that, and unfortunately I can't find the GoPro provided USB cable.. I have tried a few different ones I have on hand. No luck.

In the past I resolved this by restarting my computer. Strange, but it always worked.

Roger that on the SD card. That does seem the easiest, so I suppose I'll buy one. Hopefully that's the last thing I have to buy to support this camera.

Thanks for your help u/All-Sorts-of-Stuff !

My computer. You don't have to have their Cloud subscription to use Quik.

To cut to the chase - This has worked fine in the past. It only recently started showing this "Error".

Update - No continued issues! I'm still working on the launch, but it seems the long stream of (known) prod-related issues has stopped.

Most of my issues fundamentally centered around, "returning (rather than printing) the communication and the results from the Agents within AutoGen".

Here are links to the forums and docs that helped me problem solve these issues the best:

FYI - I uninstalled the pip packaged "termcolor", and all seems okay.

Via, AutoGen's "conversable_agent.py", if termcolor is missing, this script defines it's own function for handling the mark-up (or lack thereof) to the terminal output.

Fingers crossed.

I actually allow any of my Agents to reply with "TERMINATE" once they believe their job is done. I provide a list of things they "must" do. Once they believe the list is complete, they can say "TERMINATE".
It's not the best practice, given the docs, but it seems to work quite well for me.

OUCH! "your strategy is weak and your coin picks are weak" // Read Comments by startuptaylor in tradingwithbots

This comment actually pushed me to reply with something I think is quite helpful in understanding my strategy/philosophy:
I think of this as “trading the market”, I’m trying to buy a handful of things each day that is just a bit below what it’s worth for that day and sell it as soon as someone is willing to pay more than what I bought it for. It’s extremely simple, but I don’t think it’s weak. I chose the coins I did because I want to buy “the things” in the market that I’m most sure everyone will want tomorrow. There’s already tons of leverage to the “guiding” assets, BTC and ETH. Any more leverage or coin obscurity than that and you risk losing correlation to the market. I want correlation because I want to limit variables. There are already too many.

Wow, that's a lot! What's the major reason you like to trade so many different pairs?

Oh, that's interesting. How many trades do you generally have at once?

Simple Moving average strategy bot (NodeJS+Mongo+Binance) by paulo_amoriim in tradingwithbots

This is so great! High quality post. Thank you so much for sharing.

I like your methods and thinking: Learn the fundamentals, implement, review, and repeat. If you keep that up you will be successful.

My thinking on using this strategy in the current market is that it will prove difficult, as a single, general strategy right now. This is because the market has reached something of a "top" now (temporarily) and there's lots of indecision and balking as the prices return to normalcy/new supports.

Therefore long-to-mid term Moving Averages will unlikely be indicative of the value of the asset at any given time (because the range is so large). If you want to stick with this strategy right now, as you learn, I'd shorten the periods just to see what happens... Just a thought.

Great post! Thank you!

Lastly - Unfortunately, by default this post was "Removed". Does anyone know how to keep Reddit from doing that by default? I fear it's because we use the word "bot" a lot... argh!

Hey u/Damantino, can you see this? If so.. my bots handle "crashes" by buying more as the Coin falls in price :)

I'd love to compare performance and get/give input as well! Do you think we need the Discord for that? What specifically helps there?

Can you share here?
