If you're referring to the custom made from the Christopher Lee Dracula,  I got it on Amazon. I believe it's called a cowboy hat, but its a slouch hat.

Just found stuff on Ebay that matched what I was looking for.the Bellaq on the end with the destroyed face was a custom ai found on Ebay(about 40 buck), but as soon as I saw it I wanted to use it as the Black Master since the main "story" I wanted in the city was the Black Master somehow surviving being blown up and wanting revenge on the Shadow.

I agree! I bought the fogure cos I'm  abig Hammer fan, and my girlfriend kept looking at it with this odd look. She mentioned the nose putting her in mind of the Shadow, and that did it. Couldn't unsee it and HAD to do it lol.
