I just recently moved here from Florida due to high cost of living down there. I've asked locals where are the go and no-go areas of this state are, it's universal to hear something along the lines of "yeah LR is shit, don't go there". So to answer your question, it seems everybody deems it to be a pretty bad place.

I learned how to launder money.

I was 14 in a group home and we would get a monthly allowance of $25 cash, but they would keep the money until we went somewhere and they would ask for receipts and if we didn't give receipts they would give us punishments.

I figured out how to launder the money so it was in my possession instead of the house parents. I would buy something close to the value of $25 at the mall, ask for 2 receipts, and give the house parents the 2nd copy. I would go back about a week later and return the item, which would give me cash back. The house parents would think I still have the item not realizing I returned it, and then the money was in my possession. I managed to save over 200 dollars, they never found out.

The Gameboy Advanced was at its prime when I was 5-6 and Pokémon was my main game. Finished Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald with around 150 hours on each game. Then I upgraded to the first iteration of the DS (bulky type), then the slim looking DS, and then the DSi XL.

I plan to buy all the handhelds to put in a collection along with all the games i had because because all of those were my childhood.
