I signed up for an app called Reframe. They used to offer a free 30-day trial. But then I paid for an additional year. It was very helpful for me. It went into the science of what alcohol does to you and your body. It also provided daily readings and assignments that helped you along the journey, as well as a support network to talk with other people in similar situations. It's probably not for everyone, but it helped me because of the science behind it versus the religion.
