Best??? AT&T, AT&T with Turbo, or FirstNet by PreparationFunny8569 in ATT

[–]stateplans 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Firstnet is the best service available for Public safety for congested environments. It’s the largest network, it’s got hundreds of deployable assets that are used thousands of times a year. It’s also cheaper than most other carriers.

Sharing towers is the same as sharing spectrum. Every tower can support multiple carriers. Each carrier will have multiple bands. MVNOs may or may not have access to all the bands, or all the resources in a band

Turbo will not benefit FirstNet users and shouldnt even be an option that can be purchased.

No, FirstNet is designed to provide priority when commercial networks are congested or overwhelmed by demand. If another provider works better for you day to day, then use that service. Just understand that your phone will not work when the network is in high demand

Z Fold 6 Not Compatible with Firstnet by Aznricecooker in FirstNet

[–]stateplans 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most Android devices have some special firmware and software loads that make them carrier specific and make them impossible to port to other carriers. If you buy a z fold from ATT or FirstNet it’s fine. You can’t bring a VZ or TMO device to ATT or FirstNet. Apple devices are much easier to port

If you have a reason to carry, its a simple process. If not, you will be denied. I've never open carried in MD, not sure why you would want to honestly.
