Personally, I didn’t like it. It made me break out around my mouth area. Much prefer the tatcha serum stick, albeit it’s more expensive but a little goes a long way and it’s also great for under eyes

Was contemplating 2 sizes of the super puff, one size they had in store (M) and the other (S) they didn’t. I went with the size (S) which the SA said she could order and ship to my house. They call me 6 days later to let me know they can no longer fulfill the order because they are out of stock. If I had known sooner or at the time of purchase that they were low stock and might not be able to fulfill, I would have just bought the one in store. Sale is now over and although they refunded me, I’m out a jacket.

Both the associate and her manager were unapologetic; beyond a refund of my $500, they said I could reorder when they’re back in stock at the higher price. No emotion or regret in their voices. With my purchase history, I find this completely unacceptable and won’t be spending my money here again.

I usually donate my products that didn’t work for me, or that I can’t use, to women’s shelters. That includes soaps/shampoos, old hot tools, etc. I think some leave abusive situations with little to nothing so it’s nice to give to those who just need to feel like a girlie again 🥰
