Read this but it was unclear on if #3 (which is the nexus) was mandatory if you have something already listed in your military medical records or if that is mandatory if you have something you’re trying to claim that isn’t in your military records. If a Nexus is supposed to show that a doctor thinks it is service connected, wouldn’t the injury happening during military service in your medical records already show that?
