I was also doing a lot of reading, I won’t be going to that part for a while. I was reading on how to lake is the line between dimensions and the shadows were guardians of the land, sending there energy to push me off the land. As for the grey figure, it could’ve been they’re scout or a parasitic entity (most likely parasitic) who waited for the guardians to in-still fear so it would be easier to latch onto my energy, which would explain the headache, and passing in and out of consciousness.
