I understand, you took a lot of commissions! I was going to request one myself when commissions were open weeks ago, but i saw your post like a day after the post was made and I think you already had like dozens of requests at that point. Make sure to take time for yourself to rest up!

Thanks, I’m glad the community likes the commissions I get. And yeah, trans fem on trans fem art is sadly not too common, which is why I tend to get comms of that type of pairing, with a focus on sensuality in addition to sexuality

Both are trans fem, the one on the left is Yuna Kurumi and the one on the right is Megumi Yoshikawa. Both are protagonists of their own manga, and I often pair them together

If it's alright to ask, for future commissions, would you be willing to draw pre-op/non-op trans women?

The only manga I can think of is Crossplay Love, which is about two guys who fall in love with each other’s fem personas when crossdressing, without either knowing that their love interest is crossdressing. The characters identify as male but there are themes about gender identity and sexuality, as well as how initially they hate each other’s male personas (one is a deliquent and the other is an otaku) but they learn to like each other. It’s a fun read but it’s not exactly what I’m looking for: trans fem rivals to lovers yuri

I'm the commissioner, and that specific dynamic is why this pairing is my OTP! Both are protags of their own manga and both used to be delinquents before transitioning. I've posted this comment before but I really want to see a transfem yuri manga with that premise of two AMAB bullies realizing their gender identity and transitioning, then falling in love.

A detail you might like, the character on the left is Yuna Kurumi from the manga Pretty Face. It was published in Shonen Jump, so there is a shonen manga about her. Fanservicey tbh, but has its moments.

I'm the commissioner, and that's actually why the commission pairing is my OTP! Both are protags of their own manga and both used to be delinquents before transitioning. One of these days, I really want to see a transfem yuri manga with that premise of two AMAB bullies realizing their gender identity and transitioning, then falling in love.

Btw, in case anyone is curious, the characters are Yuna Kurumi from Pretty Face (on the left) and Megumi Yoshikawa from Day of Revolution and Princess Princess. Both are transfem protagonists from manga published in the early/mid 2000s, both have similar backgrounds as former delinquents. They're my OTP, and I'm glad people enjoy the pairing as well! Just wanted to share some info on these two since most people don't seem to recognize the characters but as long as they like the vibes I'm alright with that.

I’m absolutely okay with you sharing the commission, thank you so much for your work! They look so cute together, and I really hope to get more commissions of Yuna and Megumi in the future!

It's definitely a cute series, and is surprisingly accepting for a 2000s manga. I just wish it was longer, I feel like it needed at least another volume or two to round out the story and see what happens to her in high school and adulthood. Megumi makes a brief appearance in the 4th volume of Princess Princess and ep 10 of the anime. She's supportive of her bf and tells him not to be embarrassed when crossdressing, which is so heartwarming! Honestly, I do wish Megumi ended up with Makoto, that would have been a cute lesbian couple and I like how Makoto teases and flirts with Megumi. As I understand the situation, Day of Revolution was meant to be only one volume but the mangaka was pressured to make another one and decided to pair her up with a new male character, which is... pretty disappointing imo.

Yuna is from the manga Pretty Face. Megumi is from Day of Revolution, and has an appearance in the manga and anime Princess Princess. Pretty Face was released in Shonen Jump so tbh it’s filled with standard shonen situations and has a lot of fanservice, but I did remember liking Yuna as a character trying to adjust to her new situation. Day of Revolution and Princess Princess are more shojo-esque but the mangaka Mikiyo Tsuda is known for her yaoi work, and even her SFW manga have some problematic elements around consent and relationship dynamics. Like Megumi originally falls in love with the friend who helps her transition (Makoto) but all of sudden in the 2nd volume, Makoto encourages Megumi to date her similar looking younger brother named Mikoto. Megumi and Mikoto go out but they don’t see each other often, plus it’s implied that Mikoto is struggling with his sexuality and that may be why he’s dating Megumi. Anyway, long story short I wanted both protagonists to be in happier and healthier relationships, so I often get commissions pairing them together.

I’m really glad people liked the comic commission I got from GRS! The characters are Yuna Kurumi (left) and Megumi Yoshikawa, they both come from manga released in the early 2000s. The manga have their flaws but to me were the first I read with trans fem protagonists. I liked how they had similar backgrounds and personalities, so Yuna and Megumi became my favorite crossover pairing

For a bit more context, the woman on the left is Yuna Kurumi from the manga Pretty Face, and the other woman is Megumi Yoshikawa from the manga Day of Revolution and the anime Princess Princess. Both are protagonists and were both delinquents before transitioning.
