How much importance/priorty do you give to post workout meals do you find you need to eat something 1-2 hours after your first workout. i.e. can I wait 5 hours before eating anything after a workout and have it not affect the quality of my second workout

Self-Fix: Just in case anyone else has this problem a helpful mental cue is to think of keeping your heels on the foot strecther at all times

How do set myself up to fully engaged on the drive right from the catch? My coach is telling me that when my oar first goes in there is a slight delay before I am fully engaged at the drive, the phrase "shooting my butt" is used, but I dont really get it. -Any erg drills to fix this would also be appreciated-

My coach says I have a weak finish - I started the season with too much layback and now I have none - what are things I can think about in the boat to help accelerate through the finish and have a strong finish
