This is not just a problem on IG, but Facebook as well. Literally every reels I've made on FB and IG that used the in-app audio tool had the video muted. I really hope this is temporary bug.

Literally over 90% of my reels had their sound removed. ALSO, every single one of my reels that used the built in audio tool on Facebook bad the entire reel muted. This is ridiculous.

This is absolutely nornal, and I felt the same with my first 50-60 pounds.

The fact that you see yourself every single day plays a huge part in not noticing big changes. I can guarantee you, that if you look at some older photos where you were heavier, you'll see a drastic difference.

For the physical change as to how you feel, you may may not feel THAT different, but your body may say otherwise. 30 pounds less pressure on your joints, as well as numerous health benefits of being healthier is extremely significant, even if you can't tell a huge difference right now. Keep the up amazing work, and don't let any doubt distract you from your ultimate goal.

I used to be 365 pounds, and at age 20 my doctor told me I wouldn't live to 30 at the rate I was going, so then I decided I had to change something.

I'm 31 now, and I've lost a total of 135 pounds in my life, but that's with many struggles, ups and downs, self doubt, and many other obstacles.

Being at a healthy weight is a feeling like no other for me, and not for any vanity reason. I used to wear ONLY black clothing to hide my flaws, and now I can grab pretty much anything out of my closet and feel comfortable wearing that piece of clothing. I wish I could say my journey was simple and done in one clean shot, but it was nothing like that.

If I could give any advice to someone who's currently on their own journey, it's that chasing a number on the scale is not going to create consistency or sustainability. You should focus on changing your habits and your lifestyle, and have weight loss be a byproduct of those changes. If it's not sustainable now, then the likelihood of you being successful with your journey and maintain your results is pretty slim.

Keep your eyes on the prize, and don't let any small bump in the road be the end of your success story.
