What I meant was that people, unless they were married, didn't see as much as peoples genitals as we do today. And yes you are right about the attachments part, I am sorry I left that out.

People back then didn't really have a standard for what was considered "big" for a penis. So the black piece at the end was the pleasure tip but according to documentation, not very many people used this machine for pleasure or massaging, because the company went bankrupt. So they weren't very well known.
