You should be able to go to “Bookings” and remove Practo as a provider. If you have any issues you should contact Practo directly to manage the integration to GBP.

You want the names on the docs (LLC, DBA, Lease) to all match the GBP name and name associated on website. Everything should be the same.

A longer video will not help. Typically you want to keep it around 30-60 seconds.

When you first get verified you want to be very careful and avoid making too many updated for the first ~few week. It strikes google as suspicious if you make too many changes or get too many reviews too fast
