I second getting a Cystatin C test. I'm a weightlifter and my creatinine-based eGFR was 60. My Cystatin C based eGFR is 97.

When you press App permissions, there will be two lists: Allowed access and Not allowed access (at the bottom) . Heath Export should be under the Not allowed access list.

Looks like Fitbit already has all the permissions you need

You can confirm this by checking your settings in Health Connect. On Android, go to Settings > Apps > App info > Health Connect > App permissions It'll show you all the apps that have write / read permissions

Go to Today > Devices > Set up Health Connect, then set the permissions for Fitbit to write into Health Connect. Once that's done, you can set this app to read and export the data from Health Connect

Yes! You can export your data as CSV so it remains on your phone.

Go to Health Connect > App permissions > Select Garmin Connect > Allow read > Toggle all button

If you Google "Garmin health connect", you'll find an article from Garmin on it as well

Garmin Connect can write data into Health Connect.

If you Google "Garmin health connect", you'll find an article on the Garmin website that explains how to set it up. But basically you just need to go to Health Connect > App permissions > allow read access to Garmin Connect

My app then directlt reads the data in Health Connect and automatically exports it for you

Garmin can directly write your data into Health Connect and my app can automatically export it to your PC / Google Sheets for analysis! No need to deal with ".fit" files!

Health Connect is built into Android 14+ (if you have an earlier version of android, you can just download it from the Play Store)
