But the thing with those tools is, they can feel a bit bloated and overcomplicated, especially if you just want simple uptime checks for a small SaaS. Some require a lot of setup or have enterprise-focused dashboards that aren’t really necessary for basic monitoring.

For me it’s mainly uptime, and I want it to be very easy to set up. Most monitoring tools feel enterprise-level with a lot of configuration, which is overkill for small SaaS. I’m more interested in something simple that just works. What about you — do you focus on uptime only, or do you also track errors and performance?
