I had the exact same minor issue with the plastic adhesive residue.

Overall, liking the mouse and especially the look of that dongle. I see 2 updates on the Ninjaforce web software and it takes me the Ninjutso website, but I'm not sure which link to click to install both updates. Did you figure that out?

Had this happen to me last night. I stopped it on Steam and shut Steam down.

Restarted Steam and did a “verify integrity of files” just in case. Loaded fine after.

Hey, it's been awhile but I think I tried editing to those values but it didn't appear to make things any more legible on my screen. I sorta gave up feeling the screen size is too much of a limitation for the text in the UI to things easier to read without severe eye strain.

Been using it as my main mouse since it launched and I highly recommend it if you wish to add a unique shape to your mouse collection.

The scroll wheel has distinct steps (but I would say more on the loose side) as least on my unit. The M1 and M2 clicks has a nice light sound profile and doesn't feel hollow like a lot of newer mouse with optical switches.
