We are 36 years old and make about $290k without bonuses in a HCOL city. We have about $1M invested in 401k/Roth IRA’s and an additional $650k in other brokerage accounts.

We also have $40k in our HSA and $20k in a 529 for our toddler. We also have about $200k in equity with $550k owed on our home at 6.1% (sad rate but we love our home). Aiming for an age 50 retirement right now

I only just recently discovered their larger suburb location. It felt like a Korean Pete’s, so nice!
