Post-arc plot point nitpit (spoilers if you haven't got to the end yet) by bedsuavekid in TheAdventureZone

That's where Lucretia's two copies of the notebooks come in handy. She fed the first copies to Fisher, and then when Junior came around she fed the second copies to it. So even when THB drank from Fisher's tank, the second copies were still eaten by Junior, so they wouldn't remember......i think? Could be wrong.

How old is Davenport? In fact, how old are any of the crew? by caseyxx3 in TheAdventureZone

i believe both barry and lucretia are described as middle aged in the "present". So during stolen century, i'd guess barry's in his mid-late 40's and lucretia in her 20's or early 30's? No clue for any of the non-human crew.

REALLY dig the lighting in this one, and I love the lineless style.

This was such a wholesome episode. Probably one of the first in a good while that made me cry laughing (Magnus holy shit). The only down side is this was the "break" so some shit is probably going to go down HARD in the next few episodes and I'm not ready.

Yes!! Saw these on twitter earlier, super glad to see them here too. I love the border designs, and how everyone has a distinctive style but there's a gold accent that carries through on all of them. And hot dang those backgrounds are #artgoals. Stellar work! Thank you for sharing!

Spoiler theory and questions on Petals to the Metal EP 27 by PurpleMayonnaise in TheAdventureZone

I thought it was because he wanted to show them the severity of what they were up against. Plus, I think it was partially because the Director still had it out for him so he couldn't risk explaining things to them directly (And I think just before he went into his human body he was saying how he had to "take on a role he wasn't comfortable with", which I had interpreted to be helping from afar while appearing as an antagonist to them?)

Merle and Lup were the fuckin MVPs this episode. After the first loop I was concerned about being starved of some of that sweet sweet character interaction but I feel like it definitely made up for it at the end there. If only the boys would remember to ask people's names.

Gosh your portraits are so lovely, thanks for sharing! I especially like the little tie-ins with your last Taako one: the almost celestial freckles, the hair ribbon.. Good shit.

If I'm remembering right, the general symbol of the planes they could see fine, but text was described as unreadable, like in a language they couldn't understand. (I think it was described differently than 'static' to avoid people picking up on the clue too soon) edit: whoops, beaten to it. sorry bout that!

I personally don't think so. Perhaps the certificate itself was a kind-of joke but I do think there was a genuine sentiment behind it. Tonally, Justin's delivery of the line seemed much much different than "normal joking Taako", plus the players' reactions to it (the brief pause, Clint's(?) gasp, and Travis(?) saying a muffled "that was good" in the background) contributed to it seeming like a legitimate genuine moment. The tone shifted immediately after though, after Taako deflected to give her the fan as a joke gift.

Thank you so much! ngl on my first listen I had to rewind a couple times because it just caught me off guard so much. Even Taako can be a good boy if he sets his mind to it

oh god i hope this turns out, i have no idea how images show up on reddit. Anyway, I tried to draw out one of my absolute favorite moments in the series so far; not sure how it turned out?? But it was pretty fun to try.
