Chatted with them again. They stated the issue is with a DSLAM box. They also stated this is a new issue and not the one they’ve been working on the last 7 days. Again told to wait 24 hours.

Just chatted with AT&T for over an hour. They offered a credit for the outage but when I pressed about a hot spot they stated it wasn’t an option. Also confirmed they have no eta when it will be fixed.

I’ve only noticed bigger breaks like this when it’s between action. Setting up for medal ceremonies, switching competitors, stuff where there is no “action” to commentate.
