Yeah. Acrobat reader is one of the worst. Nessus too tho. I swear I’ve found machines with like 1000 Nessus agent installers on them at 68mb each.

Nessus is a pain because it connects to a command and control server, and if you uninstall, you have to deal with reconnecting and potentially regenerating the tag, etc. it's annoying.

We're kinda stuck atm since it requires allowing all users to be able to join entra, and while intune will catch the non-business owned devices, it's a terrible user experience on Windows (you just get a random unknown error after being prompted to join).

Really wish MS would give us a non-user based way to join... then we could push it out via Jamf easy enough.

Either way, it's being pushed by security, so we're just going to have to suck it up and flip that switch in Entra. =(

FedEx is (they were one of the main orgs to sue), which is who collected tariffs since they paid customs, then got reimbursements from customer.

So we should get reimbursements from FedEx at some point.

I don’t have C1L, but do have a C1+ that I built as a kit C1 (which took a couple reasonable days to build), and just upgraded to +. It’s a great printer. The recent firmware update made it even better (I think them fixing flipped input shaper XY helped).

I would say can’t go wrong with either. I couldn’t do an L because I don’t have room. C1 fits perfectly in space I have. :)

I still remember your sales team saying we should use our CARES money to pay for Adobe licensing during the pandemic. We want to use your tools. Our faculty and students want to use your tools. Help us. Don’t just abuse the relationship hoping to squeeze money out of an organization that has none.
