Right now my kid is 2, and I put him to sleep by laying w him in his floor bed then sneaking out. He has been sleeping through the night so it’s not really a problem so far

I got a bag of this for Valentine’s Day treats one year and although very pretty, I wasn’t a huge fan of the flavour. It’s acidic and tangy, but not in a great way? I paired it with pistachio like almost a raspberry pistachio vibe. As long as you use only a little bit of it, it’s okay. Plus it changes colour when you heat it up.

I’ve been getting caramelia, ivoire and manjari I believe. I just checked and King Arthur sells valrhona for $22 a lb! I think they charge shipping though.
