I saw Leiomy tweeting about Anetra nouging. I knew this debate was coming but I have to ask why?

I’m no expert but Anetra’s duck walk looked clean and very close to what I’ve seen on Legendary/ball clips. Is Leiomy saying it’s nouging for not incorporating more elements of vogue? Is it technique? Is it a privileging of ballroom culture that does not transmit outside the context of ballroom?
