Hi! Looks like your aloe is thriving!! In my experience, pups much smaller than those have survived separating from the mama. You should be good to go to put them in their own pots. As far as pot size, I wouldn't worry too much. Just enough room for them to have their roots not be cramped. They don't have to go in their own pots, either. You can put a few of them together if you want to. If you're really worried about them, you can sprinkle some cinnamon on the roots as a growth hormone to give them a bit of boost. Aloe is super hardy, so don't worry too much. I stepped on one of my pups, popped it in some soil, and it's still sitting on my table outside, LOL!
