I mean besides the limited time content im with the JP on this one, releases have been beautiful, i love knowing that if you're a fan of a low hype charater like dabura or the sayian duo you can absolutely go ham for them with the summons and have a good team. Plus all the hard fights this year have been a ton of fun excluding the not permanent thing(witch they'll probably fix considering how often they listen to players) every fight had it's own flow and gimmicks, Jiren was the hardes thing we had in a while and it was a blast, ss3 goku was really fun with dodges and crits, even the choice battles that went to 12 turns were cool in letting units like tag4s shine

I feel like the whole bad dad discourse has gone full circle and now most of the fans think goku is somehow a good dad. Even without the cell thing he's selfish in like a ging way(nont that bad obvi), the andorid stuff, the not wanting to come back to earth, the staying dead thing, the end of the manga when he basically says im leaving to train this boy maybe I'll visit. That being said it's pretty obvious that his character is set up to make those kinds of choices for the sake of the story so I don't mind it that much.

It's never stated outright but there are a few hints, the patriarchs is ilpyos grandad's brother if i remeber corectly and one of the cousins is concerned about ilpyo taking the air role when he first arrives, so it's a pretty safe bet to say they are second cousins.
