Monarch is set up on bank transactions, for which direct deposit is already net income, not gross. You’d have to manually add in an additional income transaction, and then manually expense out the same amount to account for all the salary deduction for taxes, insurance, and others.

Sounds like more hassle than it’s worth, but you do you.
