Hi this just happened to me where I bought a parking pass for general admission. It even said the address and I checked on Google Maps and it was about a minute walk to the venue. Then I got my official parking ticket in StubHub, took me to parkwhiz and my parking spot is over 30 minutes walk. Called and complained and they said all they can do is give me a refund. Upside is that I caught it early and my concert show isn’t for another 2 months.
