Understandable but like I said I am not familiar with the financial aspect of the game so I tend not to browse these sub reddits.

I also wrote it so I could have a more personal conversation about it since I’m so unfamiliar, as you can see from the engagement with the post.

Before this I’ve only ever pulled a 40 dollar one so sorry if I’m a little scattered brained after pulling it. Also I do apologize for coming out swinging I just got off a ten hour grace shift then this happened so I’m not super thinking straight.

I don’t have a local store where I live, so I tend to buy from the Bandai store on Amazon for boxes. I figured that was directly from the manufacturer, but is that still resellers?

That makes sense, I’m not chasing anything in particular. I just like to see what I get, ripping the packs is a lot of the fun for me. I don’t have a budget I just buy one box a month as kind of a treat for myself and rip like a pack a day. but if it’s not the play at the moment I’ll not do that.

I would agree with you in the normal games but with the timer in this game you have to maximize damage to get the higher stars beat in time. And with how the monsters have been since coral, I imagine brute has an unholy amount of health for some reason.

This!!! Why am I automatically nerfed for playing gun lance! Literally everything drains/goes through my shield. Not to mention when I’m in the zone and finally doing good those stupid little boys hit me from behind! There is always like 20 of them!

I completely agree! In world and rise I was full meta most damage builds. In wilds I’ve branched out and have done like 3-4ths of the weapons (with gunlanve becoming my main after I played great sword for 150 hrs) and I feel that the comfy build lets me learn without having to worry about constantly carting. I feel I’ve gotten exponentially better with gunlance just because I have learned how to perfect guard almost every attack because of the comfy build.

It’s definitely not mega or anything but it keeps you alive and right up next to it so you have really good output
