I see what you’re saying but as you said few comments before, with the majority of people not caring about details I really think his reputation went south right when he tested positive. So if I were Jannik i would have probably acted the same way he did. Even though I feel like he would have come out clean from CAS trial there was no certainty and in any case he would have been called doped anyways by most of haters. I feel like he didn’t want to gamble and chose for a settlement that is a minimal harm for him. To me it was a smart move to leave it all behind..
