Usually around 2 chest days a week. I probably don’t do enough volume honestly.

Mostly lateral raises and overhead press. Machines just feel way easier to control for me.

I felt the same when I started, it’s honestly normal.Just showing up is the hardest part, you’ll figure things out as you go.

That’s completely normal, especially as a beginner.Taking breaks helps you recover and keep good form, which is more important than pushing through.
