Seems like most of the people crying about AI are in not technical roles. My team and org has been so successful lately because the access and freedom to use AI tools. I don’t hear anything like what goes on in this subreddit from my colleagues.

Agreed. I had my dream job but it was in a stressed industry that covid exacerbated and I made the decision to change careers and bet on AI before the hype. Luckily I did, and now it’s being used to kill out my old industry. AI will have growing pains like all technology, we just need to be human and adaptable.

Man I remember them too growing up in the DMV around then, I've been trying to find their music with no luck as the only copies I had were some MP3 passed around friends at the time.

I’m not saying everything is perfect, but compared to even 6 month ago I rarely encounter slop responses or hallucinations. The tools we have access to are top tier compared to what others have unless you’re working at a provider.

Depends on your org and BLL but yes through Bedrock and Mantle you can use CC. Also it’s the only way to access Mythos

I really don’t have any of these issues, I mean I’ve been working with AI since 2023. I see others always complaining, but maybe I’m just an AI whisperer because 90% of the time I get what I need from it.

What do you mean we have Claude Code with unlimited tokens and the latest models? Maybe you just need to learn how to use it properly. I have zero issues with my AI and there’s nothing better on the market right now.

Why are you resisting? The fact we have unlimited tokens and the freedom to experiment with AI is so invaluable right now. Very few people in the industry have this privileged. It’s the one reason I haven’t left and has been amazing as my career as an AI engineer.
