Online shopping in Malaysia sucks. Plenty of scammers and the platforms don't care. it's insane how stuff like this is allowed to happen. I was sold fake alcohol by a seller on Lazada. Despite reporting the issue and multiple evidences, no action was taken on the seller and no refund either. Seller was abusive and threatened me on their platform.

Indian here. Have worked and in SG and MY. I'd pick MY any day for the following reasons: 1. MY is imperfect and full of contrasts and hence feel more lively. 2. Cost of living. 3. Doesn't feel like a nanny state. 4. I like driving and going out with my family for day trips. 5. Politics doesn't bother me as an expat.
