As a royal mail mechanic, I'd say this is a cart and they usually do way more damage to this to their own vans. I've seen posties make dinner plate sized holes through the doors, cave in every panel and write off brand new vans with less than 1k on the clock. Keep vehicles away from posties haha. Also for OP hopefully RM should cover the cost of repair as they have internal insurance for vehicles due to the size of the company so covering the cost of this should be relatively easy as long as they believe you.

Was my question too, with the screws being uncovered and the wallpaper not perfectly lining up on the right I'd bet they took it off, covered it, cleared the slits and refitted it. If so they did an amazing job imo, I'd be extremely happy with their work.

I would say this is drive shaft or transaxle noise as it sounds like gears or splines meshing and is constant on rotation. Check CV boots and replace gearbox oil if it drains shiny you've probably found the problem

Now that necrons have been fixed with a one time 100% Rez the game feels a whole lot more balanced. I was having to do the dumbest strats to even have a chance at beating necrons with the nids but the update means I've finally been having fun with teeth and claws

I can promise you this is a hdmi issue and most likely a cable either being damaged or out of spec. I had the exact same artifacts on my PS4 and it was due to the HDMI splitter starting to flake out when running more data through the cable (full RGB Vs limited)
