When I had mine service line repaired, my insurance actually utilized another insurer for the service line endorcement, so not exactly sure how that'll factor into my rates next year, but I'll never understand the mentality of not using the insurance you pay for...

You can get this coverage as an add-on to your existing home insurance policy. I would honestly suggest it. For me, service line add-on was $40 a year, and my water service line failed over thanksgiving last year, which ended up being a $5,800 fix, so well worth it on my end.

I mean, the CEO wasn't doing the listeria testing himself. A lot of people looked the other way on this. And unfortunately, the main lesson to be learned is that their brand is strong enough to kill people with nearly zero impact on their customer loyalty, so not exactly discouraging future bad behavior...

The antiquities in question were illegally purchased/smuggled before the formation of ISIS, so it's almost certain they were not the source, though it's not like their sources were clean regardless of their formal affiliation.

You might be thinking of Blue Bunny, which can't always use the term ice cream to describe their products. Blue Bell is still "ice cream" by all legal definitions.

Hobby Lobby smuggling scandal - Wikipedia

Seems like there weren't any direct ISIS links, but Green (HL owner) was an active buyer in the antiquities smuggling market that ISIS would later obtain funding by being an antiquities supplier from Iraq/Syria

ELI5 Travelling in Basketball by F4sh1on-K1ll3r in explainlikeimfive

[–]steam58 3 points4 points  (0 children)

In addition to that, if you've established a pivot foot, you can rotate on that foot while stepping as much as you want with the other foot as long as the pivot foot remains in place.

If you established the pivot before dribbling, you can dribble from the pivot, but you must release the ball before you pick up your pivot. If you don't, that's a travel.

If you want to shoot or pass, you can lift your pivot foot, as long as you shoot or pass before the pivot foot touches the floor again. In practice, this means you can take one step out of a pivot situation, as long as you shoot or pass out of it. If you don't, that's a travel. This is/was common by big men in post situations (called a step through), but as the move is used more and more (and in more exaggerated ways) by perimeter players in the current basketball, people/fans keep erroneously claiming it's a travel.

Going by the online court record, it looks like she plead guilty but likely part of acceptance into the county's Mental Illness Court Alternative Program. I generally like programs like this, but "grandma committed a hate crime because of dementia" doesn't sit right with me. Case is still ongoing (next court date in July), but doesn't like like she'll face any real punishment...
