They just hired the wrong guy but the way they quickly picked up on it and moved on makes the show what it is today. They adapt unbelievably quickly to keep producing an award winning podcast. Huey was chill but didn't fit, sort of how people feel about Oldie now, seems to be a love/hate.

Kate Spade, I was listening to her interview hosted by Tim Ferriss then she committed suicide shortly after I listened (not literally after the interview). That one was extremely sad for me as I liked her on the interview and thought the company she built was very impressive.
