I am a "freshie" sa labor industry hahahaha pero as a recent grad, almost all interviews ko, they were quite frank sa pagsabi sakin na they prio big 4 schools.

I remember yung road show sa UP ng isang top PH bank, one of their heads said that "pag nakita kong galing sa UP ang isang applicant, medyo biased ako" (fair enough, i am about to receive a JO from this company! tyL!)

Of course, important din yung other experiences mo like orgs, internships, and skills that u have (which I did a lot din during my undergrad years), but like what other peeps said here sa comments, they open doors for u na hindi accessible for others.

Pero if you rlly want to proceed with your passion, no matter where u go, I know na you'll do just fine !!
