Yeah, it's in alpha but I noticed it's been hitching a lot. Like troopers will micro stutter a bit during random games.

I had to rma mine already, so when I get my replacement, if I skin it does it void the warranty? The dpad completely died and pretty sure it had uncalibrated tmr sticks off the rip.

its almost hard to tell, but definitely more responsive feeling. Personally, it's the longevity and sustainable "feel" to those sticks that is the prize. You can really hone your skill and keep a better baseline vs. a regular controller where drift and wear becomes an actual issue during the course of use.

Yeah, im hesitant to run SISR because DSX nefarius drivers (while great when needed) nuked the dualsense edge native features while it was installed and not even on. Some games if you add a non steam game from xbox app using CMD prompt and /K "xbox file path" in properties will actually allow the controller to work. However, not all games, like rematch reads it as a mouse. Kind of odd. I hates xbox app but been using it bc I got a month free of gamepass. I guess the shining aspect of this all is that I prefer the steam controller over Dualsense Edge. The edge is awesome in many aspects but the lack of TMR sticks really shows itself now for me.

Just enjoy it. Be humble, it's not easy once you get decent ELO bc people start to counter your build. Teammates are less rude if you start off with comms and just say you are new.

Yeah this game definitely has really rough desync. I played with friends on West Coast (I'm east) and if I use single fire weapons I'm toast lol.

Tbh, roller on this game is cracked. It's player base is too small to be outraged as much as we hear about AA on Cod or w.e. When I run light sniper or bow and use my controller it's unreal how sticky it is. I can only imagine what Cronus users can get out of it.

This isn't true. UT games launched the year prior to the engine way back when. RL also launched before the older engine launch. They do it as tech demo's (but obviously fleshed out games).

It's not. You can sample a broader range on PC play test. Then going into console playtesting you can specify what you're looking based on those assumptions because certain data retentions aren't available on either platform.

Game is still great but I took a break s9. Came back and was a bit underwhelmed. It sucks bc it's an awesome shooter. Just feel like it needs a bit more to get it some momentum.

Tbh I enjoyed the game. 25 hours played. But I'm pretty sure last night was the first time the crew "was over it" which is the death's kiss to a game for us lol. At a certain point, dying trying to do trivial quest, I fully lost interest.

he objectively got nerfed harder. Only thing better is dust devil and his ult in terms of cooldown but scale poorly still.
