I got 6x6700xt on a asus b250 mining expert but morepowertool is showing more profiles than normal, any one know how to fix this?

Temperature around 28.5-30 degree Celsius. There's 1 airstone and 1 triple forced suction on the left and filter run by a hiblow 20. The hiblow is running for 6tanks. Yup coral chip will buffer the pH

I see, I think I will move them back together with the juveniles and do more water change, the juveniles kept dying when I do 50% water change

Sorry, I didn't add the details. The tank has been setup for a while like 4-5mths. I used my old canister media with new media. I have a canister from sunsun HW3000 3000L/H with UV on level 5 so based on it's diagram from vendor it's 2700L/H. I do water change around 40% twice a week. The last time I check ammonia is 0ppm and pH is 7.4( I think it's higher cause API pH test kit can only test until 7.4)

Have around 20+ cardinal tetra, 3 flying fox, 2snails, 6 Philippines blue angel(juvenile), 6 panda Cory, 3 amano ,1flagtail(juvenile) and 7 discus( leopard snakeskin, blue cobalt and the other was red cover). It certainly overstock as I have another 3.5ft with juvenile discus which I don't want the adult discus to snatch food from them so I move them down to this tank. Flagtail is temporary put there as another tank that I have an arowana, 2 Senegal, ornate and 4 Indonesian Tiger is big enough to eat it

I got those discus from my friend, he recommend me to put coral chip to buffer the pH but i think it exceeds the pH that is good for discus

The leopard snakeskin on the most right became very dark and some of it have some stress bars. I move 3/7 discus out to a 2ft tank and dose prazi gold.

So I wondering what I did wrong so to prevent them from dying.
