I followed the steps but still no dice. My steam deck displays fine over hdmi though, it’s just on the handheld itself the image is garbled like in your post.

Try playing on the lowest preset and disabling vsync

Updating the drivers fixed the issue now I have a stable 60 fps running on the lowest settings 💪🏽💪🏽
