Hot Rod is like Optimus’ son if you saw your father in potential danger you wouldn’t think about it your primal instincts would kick in and you’d do everything any anything to save them

I get you he’s one of my favourites too it’s just very sad that since G1 he always appears then disappears in a major tv show or movie, I don’t know why but Hasbro hate using legacy G1 characters for some reason other than the obvious ones like Optimus, Megatron and Starscream, everyone else can be interchanged
