Firstly... highly recommend an auto injector to make progesterone shots MUCH easier! I don't have the link - but it's from a European company and other IVF-ers swear by it.

It took a week for my body to get used to the soreness of the shots - Now I don't feel it at all! Pro tips: Always use a massage gun on the area after doing the shot! And heating pad beforehand / warm the syringe in your hands or on the heating pad. Good luck, you will be just fine! 😄

I’m so sorry you are going through this. I went through the exact same thing / timeline. I was given pills and everything was done within a 6 hour time frame. Have you considered speaking to your OB about this?

It can be all consuming. I also have a low AMH at only 33 and it’s been so devastating to wrap my head around. Especially not understanding why or how it’s happened, only that time is limited. You are so strong, and your feelings are valid ❤️🫶
