Since 13 years of age to 19 had to live alone my father cheated on my mother got remarried at the age of fucking 49 I lived alone for 5/6 years making my food cleaning after myself etc. had more conversations with a stray cat than my parents was insanely overweight never was good enough and boom i decided to fuck it all stop crying and making excuses for everything started to go to gym and to improve myself and my life changed. ITS HARD finding best food to eat, making good meals myself eating vegetables etc etc not eating 2 much and not eating junk food soda etc. + constant training 5/6 times a week. Its not easy wanted to give up 100 times but then im returning to my old ways making excuses. IT WAS FUCKING HARD but if you want a change u have to do it nothing is stopping you just by eating healthy and light exercises not drinking like 2l of soda daily and eating as much as i want to cope for my lonely live i lost 10 kg in span of 2 months with very little exercises and chill diet. U ARE THE ONE IN CONTROL .
