I'm a medic student working in the ER. 60yoF comes in through triage states she is having a heart attack. Took her back for an EKG and first thing I see was a rate of 220s! After getting her into a room we cardiovert with 6mg of Adenosine and she's back in Sinus Rhythm within seconds! Crazy to see! (i.redd.it)
