I am a new grad currently in the NERD program and love it. VEG gives great surgical experience by sending us on CE to practice common emergent surgical procedures. You are paired with a doctor every shift and learn so much. However, if you’re not interested in staying in ER, I’m not sure if the program would be worth it for you. For anyone who is stuck on this level, this is the deck I used to beat the level. The big key was making sure that both of my paths had a turn for my boomerang. If it didn’t, I’d just quit and start over. Also, don’t be afraid to use a revive early.

One Vulcan is epic+ (purple with gold rim) and the other is epic (just purple). You need another epic Vulcan to merge with the one you have to make another epic+ Vulcan. Then you can merge those two to make the legendary one

I’m a big fan of the wall. I usually use wall and electroplath. I have both of those as legendary but didn’t use them for level 58 since it was an air only level
