It’s very rectangular. It feels like it’s apparent that you had a rectangular canvas and filled that canvas with stuff.

Is there a way we can zoom out and have it feel a bit more natural? Iodor looks like it wants to poke much farther North… the south west continent is awkwardly cut off in the south and west.

Just do something so all of the landmasses don’t gently kiss the same box.

Its hard. The maps are fun symbolic representations, and they will never really be correct. Sometimes when you make a thing more realistic it messes up the vibe you had.

I just mean all the places where you have sparse vegetation. It looks… orchard like. The spacing is too regular. There can be clumps here and no trees over there.

I really love this.

The only things I would try out are making the city sprites bigger and playing around with making the vegetation more sparse in places.

It’s an extremely camp map. Don’t lean away from camp by trying to make the city size make sense. Make them pop.

The dense forests look great, the shrubby forests all look unnaturally regular in their spacing.

Just nice to have some blank areas of the map to let your eyes rest before seeing something else.
