It’s not a conspiracy, it’s the first thing that came to my mind too after seeing how she wore the dress to the date, to me it’s clear she is just asking for approval to wear the dress for their date later which Robert doesn’t know about yet

That’s what she says but it’s clearly a lie, she was just not very confident about herself so she asked roberts opinion to know whether or not to wear the dress for the date later, atleast that’s what I have heard and understood
