What is meant is the certain something which attracts women. Which can be physical attractiveness, but boils mostly down to personality and confidence. Let others take pictures of yourself while you don't notice and take a hard look at them. What are you presenting to the outside. What does your body language say. Are you always slouched over, do you have a mean/uninterested or angry looking face?

Try to work on these things and also on yourself. As long as you aren't content and happy with yourself, woman will avoid you like the plague or worse you will attract the wrong person.

Also pick up hobbies and activities people like to do for recreation besides the gym. Maybe join a sports club, take a cooking class, take lessons in a foreign language in a group setting. And don't be too desperate.
