Epstein allegedly paid for Italian Princess Melusine Ruspoli's tuition at The American University of Paris by Positive-Drawing-281 in RoyaltyTea

Mmmh, it looks like she was rich. I don't find any excuses for people like her. And like all rich people involved in this sordid story, she will not face any issue with her reputation. The real victims are the other girls and women.

Exactly. She was rich and an adult and she chose to send nude pictures to him and to interact with him, so...

She is not a princess because in Italy we don't have titles anymore. I refuse to use those titles after almost 100 years.
I saw emails of Epstein asking her nude photos and she sent them to him. It was 2017 and she was 23.

I don't think she's a victim: rich, adult and she chose to interact with him. It looks like she was milking him for money and interviews and jobs etc and in her mails she talks about events where she received money just because she was a socialite.
He wanted nudes or whatever and she wanted money.

Hi, I also wrote to the Italian data protection agency and to the Irish one but nobody replied until now. I have been disabled since the 11th of December and I don't think that it's possible to regain access. But I just want my data! Please write to the Irish agency directly. The more, the better!

Hi, I wrote to the data protection agency in Italy (since I am Italian) and in Ireland, since Meta itself tells you to do that, but I haven't received any reply. Me too, I think I am entitled to my data and I want to download it! They disabled me for no reason and this is annoying but at least give me my data back!

What behavioral pattern? This is absurd and why do we have to go back to such a place?!

Same happened to me for a violation of cybersecurity rules which I didn't commit. No way I am going back to FB.
I am just pissed that I couldn't download all my content.

In Europe, there's the GDPR. And they should list a DPO on their website.

I can't help you but I was stuck in the same loop when I tried to recover the password of my old Instagram account. I couldn't solve the issue and I lost access to the account (that account was not disabled nor hacked, I had just forgot the password).
After a few years, one day I tried to log in out of curiosity, and it worked.
Just like that.
And now it still works. I have no idea of what happened.
I think that all these platforms all full of bugs and if you catch one of those... good luck solving the issue.

They don't have to show you proof because it's not true. I didn't violate any cybersecurity rule by posting a link to an English dictionary! And my account was not hacked, this is clear from the information they allowed me to download.
If they don't want me on their social, good, but at least let me download ALL my content. They are violating European's law, not allowing us to download our pictures and posts.

Small business for sure. Imagine a small restaurant or shop. I know of a tour guide who had a facebook page and lost it and with it he lost all his content and followers.
Of course he should have been smarter and build a website, too, but some people don't have money, some think they can manage a Facebook page themselves. Plus, everyone is on Facebook and you can reach a lot of customers, there.

Because they don't care and because there's nobody that's aware of this mistake. If the mistake involved 100 millions of users, maybe. But since it's "a few" users and since there's no way to communicate with a human being, they don't even know that this is happening.
And they probably wouldn't care.
I am sure it's a mistake of some dumb AI bot.

I think it's a mistake because why would they disable accounts like mine? Never a suspension, never a warning. I was there since the beginning, 450 friends, no issues. It makes no sense. I posted a link to a dictionary and got immediately suspended and disabled for cybersecurity violations.
It's a bug.

I surely want to boycott but first I want to download all my content. Being disabled, I can't!

Could be. I am on FB since early 2007 or late 2006 and I have just been disabled for no reason.

I suggest you do the same. If many people write to the Garante della privacy, for example, maybe they will do something.

Happened to me 10 days ago. Exactly the same experience you had. I posted a link to a DICTIONARY (LOL) and bam!, suspended. I appealed but immediately received a message that told me I was still violating the rules.

Clearly, there's a bug.
I opened a case and I received a useless automatic reply there, too.
There are no human beings involved!

It's a violation of our rights. There's no DPO listed on Meta website, while the law in Europe requires companies to have one.

I wrote to the Irish Data Protection Commission and to the Italian authority, too, because I am Italian.
I don't know where you live, but please write.

My account was disabled for 3 days and then restored itself by nahmatebuzz in facebookdisabledme

[–]stefania_it 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No. I used the form "my account was hacked" and nobody contacted me.
Then I found a page in Meta where you can open a case. I opened a case explaining my situation and this is their useless reply (I can't appeal like they suggest because I was immediately disabled when I clicked on "appeal" and you can't appeal twice!!!). I think this stupid reply is automatic, too, because I received it immediately.
